We ship within 2-4 working days, climate-neutral with DHL. All packaging is made from recycled or environmentally friendly materials. For each of your orders we plant a tree.

It's too bad you don't want to keep your order after all. Of course you can return or exchange the unworn goods within 14 days.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us by email at info@treat-your-soul.com.Then you have 14 days to return the products to us unwashed, unworn and free of odors or stains.

There is no return policy for all crystal products (yoni eggs, yoni wands and butt plugs). For hygienic reasons, these products cannot be returned

We always recommend that you keep the shipping receipt with tracking number as proof in case the package is lost at the carrier.

We will inspect the item and, if the policy is met, will refund the item value to the original payment method.
