Through my studies of naturopathy, I also began to intensively analyze my diet and lifestyle.
Gradually, I became more and more aware of the effects of industrial food, sugar, dairy products, gluten, pharmaceutical drugs, commercial cosmetics, and stress, on our health.
With this blog, I want to share my experiences and help others to get a more conscious approach to their bodies and their life in general, through useful tips, book recommendations, recipes and much more.
Each body is different and should also be considered individually. I can only pass on what is good for myself and reflects my personal opinion.
But not only should we think about the impact our liefstyle has on ourselfs but also on others and the planet.
I am far away from being and acting perfect. But I try. One step at a time. And I hope you do too.
